Charming stone cottage in the heart of the Périgord Noir, with large garden and pool to share, ideal for a couple or a small family.
Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, a few steps from the river, this lovely stone house offers an ideal location and the greatest peace to discover the riches of this region of history and good living!
Carefully equipped for the comfort of its guests, Le Clos des Cerisiers offers a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom and an en-suite bathroom.
Returning from the many excursions that offer the immediate surroundings, you will enjoy relaxing in its beautiful garden, on its beautiful terrace and of course enjoy the vast swimming pool for refreshing swimming.

The house offers on the ground floor:
- A large living room, bathed in light, offering :
* a comfortable sitting area with sofa bed, offering a bed for 2 additional guests, flat screen TV, coffee table.
* a dining area, with a dining table, 4 seats, a buffet, a dresser.
- A fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster... Its large bay window opens directly onto the terrace of the house.
- separate toilets with sink and washing machine complete this level.
From the living room, the beautiful wooden staircase leads to the first floor and the quiet sleeping area. This one consists of:
- A large bedroom with a double bed, 1 single bed, two tables and bedside lamps, a large wardrobe and storage shelves. A cot is available, allowing young children to sleep alongside their parents.
- A second dressing area is available on the other side of the landing
- The en-suite bathroom features a bathtub with a shower curtain, sink and toilet
The house is extremely comfortable in all seasons, thanks to its thick stone walls in summer and its efficient electric heating in winter.

- The house has a beautiful flowered and wooded garden offering many romantic corners in the shade of its tall trees.
- the terrace has a garden table, 6 seats, a large umbrella allowing you to have lunch outside in the cool, and a barbecue.
- The 10mx5m swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds and parasol for a relaxing afternoon. It is to be shared occasionally with the owners whose house is adjoining.
- A parking space for 1 vehicle is available in the property, at the front of the house.

| Excellent accueil, hôtes chaleureux et aux petits soins pour vous. Le gite est très confortable, très bien équipé. Proche des sites touristiques de la Dordogne et de la Vézère tout en étant dans un cadre calme et verdoyant en pleine nature. Vous ne serez "dérangés" que par le chant des oiseaux. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Ne pas hésiter ! |
