Outside you will be seduced by its fully equipped terrace whose large blind will protect you from the hot summer sun. Without forgetting the indispensable SPA 4 places - available throughout the year - for a relaxing bath at the return of so many excursions offered by the immediate surroundings.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:

* From the private parking space (rare in Saint-Cyprien!), a few steps lead down to the entrance of the house.
* The entrance is equipped with a bench seat, coat hangers and a large mirror
* In its extension, the bright kitchen is perfectly equipped: oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, large refrigerator and freezer space, dishes and cooking equipment in generous numbers: nothing is missing.
A small side table will allow you to have lunch while contemplating the view of the village that is offered to you.
The room is bathed in light thanks to its large bay window opening widely onto the terrace and its two large windows opening onto the courtyard of the Reclue, leading to the village center.
* To the right of the entrance, the living room is just as charming. It is organized into a comfortable living room space elegantly furnished with a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, a bench, a coffee table, a TV cabinet and a flat screen TV; and a dining area with a beautiful wooden table and 4 seats. The glass door again allows direct access to the terrace.
* On the other side of the entrance, the first bathroom offers a bathtub with shower screen, a vanity unit, storage shelves and hanging toilets.
From the entrance, the wooden staircase leads to the first floor where are organized successively:
* A spacious double bedroom offering an extra large double bed 180cm wide and 200cm long, two tables and bedside lamps and a large chest of drawers. It also offers a superb panoramic view of the village below and the hills that surround it.
* Located directly in front of the room, the bathroom, although small is no less functional, with its tiled shower, small washbasin and hanging toilet.
* At the end of the corridor, the second bedroom offers two single beds 90cm wide and 200cm long -that can be joined to form a large double bed-, two tables and bedside lamps, a small desk, a chest of drawers and an armchair in rattan.
* A large wardrobe space arranged in the hallway completes this floor.
For the comfort of our guests all rooms are air-conditioned.
The house is also very comfortable in low season thanks to reversible air conditioning and recent high quality insulation.

Although the house is most charming and comfortable, you will also appreciate the care given to the outdoor spaces:
* The terrace, overlooking the SPA, is ideal at any time of the day for outdoor lunch. The large electrically remote-controlled blind will be particularly appreciated during the hottest hours of the day. A large Weber barbecue (charcoal) is available to our guests.
* The 4-seater SPA is of course reserved for your sole and unique use. It is maintained weekly by a professional company in order to guarantee you an irreproachable quality of bathing. Four deckchairs and an outdoor shower complete this relaxation area.
* "Icing on the cake" the house has a private parking for a vehicle (rare and prized in Saint-Cyprien!). Parking for 6 other cars is accessible 50m from the house.
