The VILLA DES QUATRE TOURS offers on the ground floor:
* A superb living room of more than 45m², bathed in light thanks to its 4 large windows leading onto the garden. The room is organized into two spaces:
- A comfortable sitting area, with a large corner sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, book-shelves and a desk. large flat TV screen, Hifi and Internet are available. Board games, lot of books and games for children are also available for our guests.
- A dining area with a buffet, wooden table and ten seats.
* A small -but not less perfectly equipped- kitchen with an induction hob 3 fires, large fridge/ freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, robot mixer... and everything for you to cook the local fresh products brought from the nearby markets.
From the living room, the corridor leads to the first sleeping area, where are successively:
* A first double bedroom particularly spacious, and furnished with a large double 160cm wide bed, a table and bedside table, two bedside lamps, a secretary cabinet and storage shelves.
* A family room with a double bed, a single bed, a bedside table and lamp, a chest of drawers and shelves.
* These first two rooms share a shower room accessible from both sides, with a walk in shower and a vanity unit.
* At the end of the corridor, and preceded by a large dressing room, the master bedroom offers a large double 160cm bed, two bedside tables and lamps, two shelves, a chest of drawers.
* Itenjoys its own open bathroom with vanity unit, bathtub and tiled walk-in shower.
Each room has a french door overlooking the front of the garden.
* Separate toilet with hand basin completes that level.
The second sleeping area is located on the first floor, accessible from the large spiral staircase. It leads to :
* A fourth double bedroom with a 140cm wide bed, two bedside tables and lamps, a small corner cabinet and storage shelves.
* The bedroom enjoys an ensuite shower room with a vanity unit, a tiled walk in shower and toilet.
* Interconnected with the double bedroom and shower room ( so you have to cross the room and the bathroom to access it), a small children bedroom has a bunk bed, storage shelves and toys
The laundry room, with washing machine, ironing-table, iron and second fridge/ freezer is accessible in the garage.
