Organized on two levels, the house offers on the ground floor a magnificent living room of more than 80m 2, with cathedral ceiling, built in spirit "loft" and arranged into several spaces:
* The elegant living room offers two comfortable sofas, a console and multiple coffee tables, elegantly arranged around the magnificent stone fireplace with wood burner.
* The formal dining room has a large wooden table which allows 8 guests to dine in
* Separated from the dining area by a large design kitchen island with a heat-resistant quartzite worktop, the open kitchen is organized across the entire width of the room. Particularly well equipped, you will not miss anything to cook the good local products brought from the large market of Sarlat nearby: induction hob with retractable hood, refrigerator, wine cellar, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and percolator, kettle, toaster...and many small practical equipment as a juicer, blender, chopper, croque-monsieur...
* The first double room - the "Suite Borrèze", is located on the ground floor, separated from the living room by a small corridor and therefore perfectly quiet.
The suite offers a large double bed 180cm wide, two tables and bedside lamps, a wardrobe, a dresser, a bunk and two armchairs. Open to the outside thanks to its glass door - like the entire living room on the ground floor - it allows circulation between the inside and outside of the ideal house in summer.
* Just like the other four bedrooms of the property, it has an en-suite bathroom with double sink unit, tiled walk in shower.
* A separate toilet with washbasin completes this first sleeping area.
From the living room, the magnificent industrial staircase leads successively to:
* A beautiful play area on the mezzanine, with a table football that will delight young and old, two armchairs and coffee table.
* A second double room, the "Coly" suite, also elegantly furnished with a large double bed in 180cm wide, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a small desk and an armchair.

* A beautiful wooden staircase finally leads to the fourth and last double bedroom, LA DONZELLE, located at the bottom of the property. It is elegantly furnished with a large double bed 180cm wide, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and an armchair. It also has from its bathroom then with tiled shower, double vaque cabinet and separate toilet.

Although the comfort of the property is most appreciable, you will certainly fall under the charm of the exteriors of the property where calm and refinement reign supreme:
* The garden, with a total surface of 2,000m2 completely fenced, offers multiple spaces for games or idleness in the shade of the large twisted oak.
* The vast travertine terrace, at the front of the property, is equipped with a large dining table and 10 seats, allowing you to have lunch comfortably outside. In the morning, you will prefer the terrace of the kitchen, equipped with four armchairs and a coffee table, perfect for a sunny breakfast; while the garden furniture and its large corner sofa, elegantly arranged around the wisteria, will be perfect for an extended aperitif.
* Overlooking this elegant decor, the swimming pool and its large wooden terrace are of course reserved for your sole use. Of 7m long x 3m wide and 1.20m deep, it is secured by immersed shutter. For the comfort of our guests, the pool is heated from May to Mid-October.
