* A splendid living room of more than 80m², with perfectly equipped kitchen, vast central island and dining area: certainly the major room of the house where you will love to cook the good products of Périgord and sit all together for good meals.
* Next, the superb living room is elegantly furnished with two comfortable leather sofas, three armchairs, a carpet and coffee tables arranged around the beautiful decorative stone fireplace. A large flat screen TV, DVD player and DVDtèque, and a piano complete this space.
