Set on the ground floor of the Villa Soleil-Sarlat, you will enjoy a beautiful living space, a double bedroom with a large full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the spacious private terrace with its complete garden furniture offers a panoramic view over Sarlat and the valley.

Organized on one level, the apartment offers successively:
* a spacious modern kitchen, superbly equipped, with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster .... the cooking equipment and dishes are in generous quantity to cook the good products brought from nearby markets. A table and two chairs will allow you to have lunch indoors.
* The living room offers a large leather Chisterfield sofa, an armchair, coffee tables and a large TV. The large library, with books both in English and in French, and a large video library is available for our guests.
* The double room has a large 160cm-wide double bed, two tables and bedside lamps, a sideboard and a large wardrobe.
* Adjoining, the modern bathroom offers a modern bathtub, a large tiled walk in shower, a vanity unit and toilets

For the comfort of our guests, the apartment enjoys central air conditioning.
