INDOOR DESCRIPTION:

Organised all at groundfloor the house offers alarge living room divided in three areas:
* a comfortable seating area, overlooking the garden and terrace through its large glassed doors - equipped with corner leather sofa, coffee table, large flat TV screen, wifi.
* a dining area with wooden table and six chairs
* an open plan kitchen, fully equipped (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwaves...)
* a washing machine, dryer, iron and iron table are available in the garage.
On the opposite side of the entrance are the 3 bedrooms:
* The master bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, large built in wardrobe and opened ensuite shower room.
* A second double bedroom, with a double bed, bed side tables and lamps, and a large built in wardrobe.
* They share a family bathroom with a bathtub , wahsbasin
* sep toilet.
OUTDOOR DESCRIPTION:

* The grassy garden is all fenced and ideal for children to play in
* The terrace is equiped with table and chairs to dine al fresco.
* The private pool, 5mx3m, and from 1,2m depp to 1,60m deep enjoys sun all day long. It is equipped with a manual cover, for the childrens security, and is heated from April to October.
* There are large gated area at the front of the house to park 2 cars
* and a private garage for storage and parking for another car.

| Accueil chaleureux, maison propre fonctionnelle, piscine permettant de se détendre en rentrant de nos visites découvertes de la Dordogne mais attention piscine de détente et pas de nage mais la taille est bien précisée. Nous avons profité de tous les équipements loisirs de la maison : Boulodrome, table de Ping-pong (très bon état), deux vélos maison très bien équipée par ailleurs. Nous avons également pu laisser notre petit chien déambuler sans crainte de fugue car terrain clos bref on s’y sent bien comme chez nous! Florence. |
