Inside, you will be seduced by its large living room bathed in light, by its open kitchen where nothing is missing, by its two comfortable bedrooms and modern bathroom. For the comfort of our guests, the entire house is air conditioned, while a wood stove will allow you beautiful blazes during the coolest evenings.
Outside, you will enjoy its large wooden terrace of 70m2 with seating area and dining area, and its swimming pool, which is reserved to your sole use and heated from May to mid-October.

With a total surface area of 90m², LAMAISON DE BENIVET offers all on the groundfloor:
* An entrance with wardrobe and storage area
* A large living room of more than 45m2 largely open to the terrace and garden, thanks to its two large glassed doors, allowing ideal communication between the interior and the outdoor at summer time.
Divided into different spaces, it offers:
- a comfortable sitting area with sofa (which can be optionally used as an extra bed for more sleeping flexibility), armchair, seat, coffee table, TV cabinet, Smart TV, speaker and DVD player.
Multiple board games and DVDs are left at the disposal of our guests for you to enjoy happy moments with family or friends.
- a formal dining area with a round table, 4 chairs and a dresser
- a kitchen, worthy of that of a great chef, where everything has been designed to cook on site the good products from the Périgord brought from the nearby markets: induction hob, oven, microwave, food processor, Cookeo, Air fryer, Tassimo coffee maker, Sodastream, kettle, toaster, dishes and, cooking utensils in more than generous number, refrigerator, 3 freezer areas, dishwasher, raclette machine ... difficult to be more exhaustive!
* Attached, the laundry room offers a storage space, a washing machine and an ironing set.
The corridor leads the sleeping area and offers successively:

* In the extension of the terrace, the pool is perfect for a refreshing swim after returning from the many excursions offered by the immediate surroundings. With dimensions 5mx3,5m and 1,2m of depth, it is secured by immersed alarm and is heated from May to Mid-October to offer you an optimal bathing comfort.
* The vast garden of 1500m2 offers a large grassed area, appreciated for soccer games and a bowling alley.
