"La Bourgonie offers an impression of harmony and rustic majesty paying tribute to the Perigordian architecture. (from the "Perigord des Chartreuses").

Located on the high slopes of the Black Périgord, at 20 minutes from Sarlat, and 30 from Bergerac and Périgueux, La Bourgonie juxtaposes a main building, one 14th-century round and one square towers, a 15th-century gatehouse and an
18th-century “Mansard-style” wing.

La Bourgonie is built on a rocky outcrop between the Bessede forest and the valley of the Dordogne. It is set on thirty hectares of meadows, woodlands and lawns.
From the south terrace landscaped around the pool, the view escapes to Siorac en Périgord.
The inner courtyard is designed around boxes giving it a warm rigor.

A clear and pedestrian path goes along the small woods, where hunting is forbidden so that you can see some deers and their young.
