Since 2004, en toutes saisons offers holiday rentals of a high quality, guaranteeing a successful holiday! Based in the commercial town of St Cyprien, our office is situated close to your home, offering you a personal welcome, and a quality presence during your stay.
Our role of year round caretakers at the great majority of our properties ensures that we know our houses inside out, and are confident in both the quality of furnishings and the comfort that they offer.
HIGH QUALITY PROPERTIES
Nearly all of our houses are not just « gites », but second homes, real family homes offering an authenticity, a history, and a special feeling.
They are equipped with all that you would expect and more, tastefully decorated and have a certain charm…. Over and above that of normal properties available for holiday lets.

AT THE CENTRE OF THE TOURIST REGION
All of our houses are situated in the Dordogne and Vezere valleys, close to all the natural and cultural sites of the region: no need to drive hundreds of miles to see the sights!
For each property, the section “Situation” will help you clearly see all the activities available in the immediate surroundings.
COMFORTABLE HOUSE - IN EVERY SEASON !
For your comfort, only our houses which are equipped with an efficient central heating system are available for rent (oil fired, electric or gas).
Unless otherwise stated, the fireplaces or stoves can be used.
Heating costs are a supplement to the rental price. Details are available in the section « Tariff ».
END OF STAY CLEANING
You must leave the house in the same clean state that you have found it. If you do not wish to clean the house when you leave, you can order this service at the end of your contract for an extra charge. (This is indicated in the “Tariff” section for each house)
If you would like to make the most of your holiday, we also offer a cleaning service during your stay. Don’t hesitate to contact us for further information.
TOWEL AND BED LINEN HIRE
Quilts (or blankets), pillows, and mattress protectors are available for each bed.
Unless otherwise stated, bed linen and towels are not included in the price. The can be rented, either through the owner of the house or the Agency. Details are available in the “Tariff” section of each house.
Bathmats and tea towels are supplied for each house.
Certain properies have their own cot and high chair, this will be detailed in the section « Equipment » of the house.
For other properties, we have several travel cots, high chairs and baby baths that we can lend you, free of charge, depending on availability. Please let us know your requirements on your reservation form.
Would you like to hire good quality bikes? You dream of having a chef cook your meals during the whole of your stay, or for several days? Don’t hesitate to ask us: we will do all we can to satisfy your demands.
Many of our houses have a swimming pool, either private or shared.
Without exception, these pools are not heated and so are not available in low season.
The sizes of the pools are detailed in the section “Equipment” for each property.
During the summer season, the pools are maintained either by our team or by a swimming pool specialist, once a week.
According to the law passed the 3rd January 2003, all pools are equipped with a regulation security system (alarm, fencing, electric, telescopic or manual cover) aimed at minimising the risk of accidental drowning. The system will be explained to you on your arrival. After this it is your responsibility as property renter to supervise children and to ensure safe swimming during your stay.
The property owners and the agency “En Toutes Saisons” disclaim all responsibility in case of accident or drowning.
Many houses accept animals. You can choose these houses through the « Detailed Search ».
If you holiday with your pet, please verify that the house you have chosen does accept animals, and be sure to let us know on your reservation form.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Keys are handed over between 4 an 6pm.
If you wish to arrive later, or at any other time you must telephone our office to arrange a suitable time.
We ask that you vacate your property before 10am on the day of your departure.
A deposit will be asked for on your arrival at the property., in exchange for the keys and any outstanding payment. The amount is detailed in the “Tarif” section of each property.
This deposit will be returned to you on the departure day after our representative has checked the property, or at the latest in the 10 days that follow the end of the rental. In the case of loss or damage to the property or the contents by the renter, the cost of replacement or repair will be deducted from this sum, on presentation of bills from the owner, and within a delay of 2 months.
This deposit can in no way be considered as part payment for the location.
If the deposit is insufficient, the renter agrees to complete the amount on presentation of bills.
