THE MANOR (6 bedrooms - 6 bathrooms - 12 guests)

With an area of more than 250 m2 arranged on two levels, the Manor is composed as follows;
* The majestic entrance hall, offering more than 6m under ceiling, is equipped with a billiard table. He distributes the reception rooms and the staircase leading to the first floor.
* It invites you to enter the vast living room, bathed in light and elegantly furnished, wide open onto the panoramic terrace.
* In its extension, the more intimate library lounge offers a large screen connected TV, a DVD player, many board games for young and old, and multiple books.
* Opposite the living room, the fully equipped kitchen will satisfy the most demanding cooks: 6-burner induction hob, 2 ovens including one steam, 2 refrigerators including one with ice dispenser, food processor, blender, wine cellar, two washersdishes, crockery and cooking utensils in generous quantities... nothing is missing to cook the good products of Périgord brought from the many nearby markets. The long wooden table allows 14 diners to have lunch comfortably indoors.
But it is probably outside, on the large terrace equipped with a long mosaic table, 14 seats and two electric planchas, that you prefer to have lunch in summer, well protected from the heat thanks to its wide blind-banne.
* The first double room is located on the other side of the entrance, perfectly quiet. It is elegantly furnished with a large double bed (180x200cm), a dressing room and has silent air conditioning.
* Its en suite bathroom offers a bathtub, a large walk-in shower and a sink. A separate toilet completes this first private sleeping area.
* A cloakroom with separate toilet and washbasin is also available on the ground floor.
From the entrance hall, the large staircase with its magnificent wrought iron handrail leads to the first floor, whose corridor serves successively:
* 2 double bedrooms elegantly furnished with a bed in 180cmx200cm, bedside tables, storage cupboard.
* 3 double bedrooms, of which the two single beds in 90cmx200cm can be at leisure separated or joined to form a large double bed.
Each room also has its own bathroom - with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet- or full bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin and toilet.
Hair dryer and bath towels are of course at your disposal.
* A separate toilet with washbasin also completes this level.
* Below the house, the vast laundry room has a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing set, a third freezer and a second wine cellar.
DAR DIAF (1 bedroom / 1 bathroom / 2 to 3 people)

Located less than 100m from the manor, the Dar Diaf offers completely independent luxury accommodation for two 2 to 3 additional guests.
Organized on one level the guest house offers:
* A beautiful living room with lounge area, also furnished with a sofa bed, coffee table, large screen TV and DVD player, and a large round table and 4 seats for meals
* A perfectly equipped open kitchen.
* A large air-conditioned room with two single beds in 90cmx200cm, which can again be joined into a large double bed, bedside tables, desk and multiple storage cupboards.
* A bathroom en suite with Italian shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outside, DAR DIAF has a terrace with table and chairs arranged in the shade of large trees. Its Nordic bath, fuelled by wood and available throughout the year is a delight... even (and especially!) in winter.
THE OUTDOORS:

* LES HAUTS DE CHAUNAC are nestled in a wooded park of 8 hectares where nothing will disturb your tranquility... except the singing of birds and deer crossing the estate. Difficult to imagine that the tourist highlights of the Périgord Noir, including the famous medieval city of Sarlat at 6km, are on your doorstep.
* The park extends over more than three hectares of lawns, romantic corners in the shade of ancient trees, and majestic French gardens with its fountain and three fountains that light up at nightfall.
* The view over the valley of the Dordogne which is offered to you is purely breathtaking, with in line of sight the bastide of Domme and the ballet of hot air balloons.
* The salt pool, with generous dimensions (15mx5m) offers a paddling area (20cm), and a pool 1m to 1.5m deep. Fully enclosed and equipped with an electric submerged shutter, it offers optimal double security. Open from early May to late September, the pool is heated to 28 degrees for the comfort of our guests.
Its 14 sunbathing areas or its garden furniture arranged under the covered pool house are all invitations to relax, back from so many excursions that offer the immediate surroundings.
An outdoor shower, two changing cabins, a small summer kitchen with American fridge and dishwasher, and independent toilets are accessible to the pool house.
* A pétanque area, swing and ping-pong table complete the leisure facilities for an exceptional family or friends holiday.
