We enjoyed our stay, very beautiful ancient house, nicely refurbished to include all modern conveniences but still allowing the feel of living in a real medieval setting. Plenty of space inside for 6 people. Very nice antique decorations. The house is sitting right on an ancient street, a minute walk from the main historic square, with various attractions from morning to night, a daily market, fun and convenient. There is some noise at night, but that goes with the location. The house is only 8km to a nice river beach, which was a special delight for the kids. We decided not to rent a car and just rely on using short taxi rides for the nearby attractions, plenty of which are within 20 min drive
